This weekend we went to the country side for a traditional Savoyard lunch at Veronique's mother's house and we went for a small promanade afterwards to aid in digestion. This tree reminded me of a Dali painting. I loved it and had to take a picture.

You have been posting some wonderful photos, but this one of the tree may be my favorite, it is beautiful.
I ran the Adam's River Run today, it was a very pretty 11K trail run out at Scotch Creek, the Salmon were running to and it was great time. There were only about 60-70 runners, but we all had a great time.
We are going to be hosting an exchange student beging in end of October or early November, she will be with us for 3 months or so, she is from Brazil, Mariana is her name. We are just passing the love you are getting in France.
